Portillo wines are the uncomplicated, wonderfully appealing wines from the Bodegas Salentein. They are produced in a specially built wine cellar just 1 km or so from Bodegas Salentein. Winemaker José Galante is responsible for the vinification. His goal is to make optimum use of the vineyards’ phenomenal conditions and the outstanding technical conditions at the cellars to maximise the natural fruity aromas in the wines.
