“Time is our most precious asset,” says Stefan Winter, expressing the deep passion behind the work at his winery, which in just a few years has become one of the top addresses for German Rieslings and Pinot wines. The cool and mineral-rich vineyards of his hometown Dittelsheim are lovingly cultivated in harmony with nature. Each vineyard receives the utmost care and attention, culminating in a 100% hand harvest in autumn. The wines are consistently vinified dry. Around the family, there is now a great team that shares the values and philosophy of the winery with heart and soul!
