Stefan Winter's family has lived and worked for generations in the high-altitude village of Dittelsheim, which is known for its cool climate and mineral limestone and clay marl soils. By focusing on (manual) work in the vineyard and the relationship between vine and terroir all year round, the winery succeeds in producing high-quality wines with a clear profile, drinkability and elegant style.
