Since 1856, the owl has been an unmistakable symbol for the wines of this traditional winery from Langenlois. Even in ancient cultures, it was a symbol of wisdom, tranquillity and constancy. Values that still characterize the philosophy and work at the winery today. Ludwig and Dietmar Hiedler, the fifth generation, cultivate a valuable heritage of old vines that are deeply rooted in the alpine loess and hard primary rock of the historic vineyard sites of the Kamptal. A close relationship with nature and the family's wealth of experience result in personal wines with a unique dimension and texture.
