Now run by Thomas Walz in the 13th generation, Weingut Walz in sunny Heitersheim presents wines of the highest quality for pure enjoyment. Wine has been produced at the family-run winery since 1712. The vines are cultivated according to the guidelines of controlled organic viticulture, without artificial fertilizers and chemical plant protection - in harmony with nature. For Thomas Walz, good wines are created in the vineyards: "In the cellar, we only do what is necessary to allow the natural aromas to fully develop [...] and the wines are given the time they need to mature."
