Familientradition vom Neusiedlersee
The Salzls' winemaking tradition is deeply rooted in the picturesque Lake Neusiedl in Illmitz in Burgenland. The family has been growing wine since 1840, and today three generations work hand in hand. They enjoy the endless hilly landscape, countless hours of sunshine and diverse nature, which they cultivate and preserve as a sustainably certified winery. The responsibility is great, as the vineyards are located in a UNESCO World Heritage region protected as a national park, which offers a unique microclimate thanks to its proximity to the lake.
