Hardly any other winery in Europe has achieved such growth, produces such a variety of wines and wins so many awards. The Pfaffls know what their strength is: family cohesion. The interaction between the generations works here, and not just for the cameras. The Pfaffls really do get on well and everyone has their own space where they can develop freely: Roman Josef Pfaffl is in charge of the cellar, his sister Heidi Fischer is in the office, father Roman Pfaffl is in the vineyard and mother Adelheid Pfaffl is already watching over the next generation. "We harmonize very well together and we have a lot of fun," say the Pfaffls, and they mean it. This can also be felt in the wines, which are offered year after year in consistently high quality.
