Character wines from the southern wine route

In the Edenkoben valley of the Palatinate, Stephan Schneider and his sons Christian and Florian are already the fourth generation of the family to produce full-bodied wines with character. The winery is located in the Cavaliersbau of Villa Ludwigshöhe Castle with a picturesque view of the surrounding vineyards of the Southern Wine Route. For Stephan Schneider, grapes that are healthy to the core form the basis for straightforward and long-lived wines, which is why he attaches great importance to near-natural cultivation of the vineyards and gentle vinification of the wines. In addition to well-known grape varieties, the focus is on international red varieties.
