"The essence of our wines is the result of a close relationship between grape variety, growing region and climate" - says Georges Lorentz, the current owner of Domaine Gustave Lorentz. This philosophy has characterized the entire Lorentz family since 1836, making Gustave Lorentz the oldest family winery in Alsace. In order to produce first-class wines with strong personalities, the entire estate was converted to controlled organic viticulture in 2012.
