The Gaia de Fortant range was created when two people who are passionate about pure enjoyment got together. The first vintage was crafted by Fortant de France’s winemaker Laurent Sauvage together with the leading vegan chef Jean-Luc Rabanel, holder of two stars. This unique range of organic wines is the result of the enthusiasm and passion of these gastronomic designers. An encounter between two men who have made it their mission to reinterpret the grape varieties of Southern France. They went looking for new Mediterranean terroirs to create unique organic wines. And the result is authentic wines from the south that are perfect for vegan dishes – a fusion of aromas!
