Über 260 Jahre Champagnerexpertise
As the fourth oldest champagne house in the world, Champagne Lanson can look back on a history rich in tradition spanning more than 260 years. It is one of the most important champagne producers and has been purveyor to the British royal family since 1900. The uniquely elegant, fresh, fruity and lively Lanson style is the result of the large selection of premium and grand crus, the many years of knowledge of traditional Champagne production methods, the large number of reserve wines and the long ageing period in the cellar. The company is still family-run today - and thus stands for values such as modesty, open-mindedness, hospitality and warmth. True to their motto "It's all about love". The Maltese cross as a trademark illustrates the values lived by Lanson and is therefore present on every bottle. The use of the cross can be traced back to the founder's son, who was a member of the Sovereign Order of Malta. Lanson is also particularly committed to more sustainable viticulture. Thanks to a biodynamically and organically cultivated vineyard, Lanson is one of the first champagne houses to permanently offer an organic cuvée in its range. Production is also vegan. Awarded numerous prizes, Lanson is not only an award-winning and unique pleasure, but also an expression of elegance and perfection. In short: La vie en Lanson.
