Crémant de Bourgogne
The Cave de Lugny winery was founded in 1927 and is located in the heart of the Mâconnais vineyards in southern Burgundy. Over the years, more and more winegrowers from the region have joined forces with the common goal of continuously improving the quality of the wines. The grapes for the Crémants come exclusively from carefully selected vineyards and are selected again before pressing. After bottling and second fermentation, the crémants mature in the bottle for at least twelve months to give the sparkling wines enough time to fully develop their aromatic expressiveness and finesse.
