Crémant de Bourgogne
The Cave de Lugny wine cellars were founded in 1927 and lie at the heart of the Mâconnais vineyards in Southern Burgundy. Over the years more and more wine growers from the region came together with the shared aim of continuously improving the quality of the wines. They ensure this by sourcing the grapes used for the Crémants exclusively from carefully selected sites and screening them again before pressing. After bottling and second fermentation the Crémants are aged for at least twelve months on the bottle to give these sparkling wines enough time to fully develop their aromatic expressiveness and subtlety.
