Botromagno

Cantina Botromagno is closely associated with a unique corner of the world that is often and aptly referred to as "the other Puglia". This does not refer to the landscape between the coasts of the Adriatic and Ionian Seas, but to the hinterland, the Alta Murgia. This region is characterized by gently rolling hills, a cool and temperate climate as well as a mineral subsoil, natural karst springs, vast forests and meadows. The conditions here are ideal for winegrowing, with a history dating back over 1,200 years. The d'Agostino family built on this long tradition in 1991: Together with an experienced team of viticulture experts and cellar masters, the brothers Beniamino and Alberto d'Agostino converted the venerable "Cantina Sociale" into a modern winery with ancient roots. They cultivate the rich heritage of the region, the unique terroir and the indigenous grape varieties and carefully combine all of this with innovative winemaking technology. In this way, they have turned Cantina Botromagno into a model winery with wines of outstanding quality.
