Weingut Walz
Now managed by Thomas Walz in the 13th generation, the Walz Winery in sunny Heitersheim presents wines of the highest quality for pure enjoyment. Since 1712, wine has been produced in the family-run winery. The vines are cultivated according to the guidelines of controlled organic viticulture, without artificial fertilizers and chemical pesticides - in harmony with nature. For Thomas Walz, good wines are created in the vineyards: "In the cellar, we only do what is necessary so that the natural aromas can fully develop [...], and the wines are given the time they need to mature."
