The caves of the house Saget La Perrière are over 200 million years old and serve as a natural space for the aging and storage of Saget La Perrière wines. The Saget family uses the cool caves specifically for Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. Of a total of 43 hectares, Sauvignon Blanc is grown on 38 hectares and Pinot Noir on 5 hectares, including sites in the AOC Sancerre.
